All properties acquired from us have a registered right of way over the subdivision roads, as every owner should be able to reach their property without any problems. That is why we have also opted for a clear regulation regarding the maintenance of our subdivision roads.
All property owners pay a certain amount annually into a common fund. This amount is of course already determined before the purchase of the property and of course also contractually agreed on.
